ACADEMIC, SPORTS AND RECREATION COMPLEX (ASRC)
The 145,000-square foot Academic, Sports and Recreation Complex has been praised as one of the nation’s top NCAA Division II multi-purpose athletic facilities since it opened its doors during the 2000-01 school year. The 1,200-seat arena is the home of West Liberty’s men’s and women’s basketball, volleyball and wrestling teams and has hosted multiple NCAA Division II regional championship tournaments for wrestling and men’s basketball.
The facility is a hub of campus activity throughout the year with three Mondo surface basketball courts, a 160-meter indoor track, a well-equipped fitness center, a conference center, full athletic training facilities, administrative offices and numerous classrooms.

West Family Stadium
Renamed in 2014 to honor the generosity of WLU alumni Gary and Flip West, a series of recent upgrades have turned West Liberty's football home into an NCAA Division II showcase. Recent additions include the installation of new grandstand seating and expanded press box which provides full radio/TV broadcast capability along with wireless internet service for all working media.
Other recent improvements included an impressive new lighting system along with enhanced landscaping and design elements, all of which have combined to make the 4,000-seat facility one of the top NCAA Division II stadiums in the region.
The player-friendly MondoTurf playing surface, which hosted two NCAA Division II playoff games in 2009, is surrounded by a cushioned walking and jogging track used by students, faculty, staff and community members throughout the year.

H. EDGAR MARTIN TENNIS COMPLEX
Honoring the memory of legendary West Liberty coach and athletic director H. Edgar Martin, the Martin Tennis Complex has been recognized as one of the region’s premier collegiate tennis facilities for years. The modern complex features eight regulation-size tennis courts, all constructed with a competition surface engineered to USTA standards.
The Martin Tennis Complex is home to the Hilltoppers’ regionally-ranked men’s and women’s tennis teams and is also open for recreational play to students, faculty, staff and the public.
In addition to its collegiate function, the facility is also a popular choice as host for high school conference, sectional and regional tournaments.

KOVALICK FIELD
Honoring the memory of WLU Hall of Famer George Kovalick, Kovalick Field is home to one of the most tradition-laden baseball programs in the region.
Situated in a natural amphitheater with raised bleacher seating, the stadium features a natural grass playing surface with a large electronic scoreboard located behind the fence in right-center field.
Modern dugouts complete with safety railings and a new press box were added during recent renovations, making Kovalick Field one of the top baseball facilities in the MEC.

HILLTOPPER SOFTBALL COMPLEX
The WLU Softball Complex was immediately hailed as one of the premier NCAA Division II softball facilities in the eastern United States when it opened in the spring of 2010.
Located adjacent to West Family Stadium as part of West Liberty’s Outdoor Sports Complex, the softball complex is completely enclosed with fans afforded a great view of the action from the elevated bleachers.
Other features include modern dugouts, a pro-style backstop, large electronic scoreboard, full-size dual batting cages and an independent irrigation system.
